The arrival of fall is the ideal time to start planning ahead for that beautiful spring yard. For many of us, that means bulbs. Now is the time to select from the most hardy and reliable repeating bulb varieties. Bulbs are the surprise element of your garden design. Planting of fall bulbs results in a welcome burst of color come March. Planting and growing bulbs is surprisingly easy and we’re here to show you how! Join CHS Garden Center for a free informative class on bulb planting. Topics include proper planting techniques, feeding and watering through the winter months and ensuring the survival of the bulbs from season to season (naturalizing in your garden). A mixture of perennial Darwin tulips, and 'Dutch Master' daffodil bulbs will be available for sale at the class. Special ordering of bulk quantities only can be ordered up until Sept. 28th. |
